ElevenAgents now works across more channels, so you can deploy your agent everywhere your customers are.
Agents can respond over SMS and Telegram and answer tickets on Intercom and Freshdesk. These join phone, web, Zendesk, Slack, and WhatsApp in a redesigned channels dashboard.

Deploy the same agent across surfaces
Many teams try to cover every channel by maintaining different agents or automations for each one. ElevenAgents lets you define your agent once, with its knowledge, tools, procedures, and guardrails, and deploy it everywhere.Â
The redesigned channels dashboard puts it all in one home. See what's live, what's available, and connect a new channel in a few clicks.

Tuned and tested per channel
One agent everywhere doesn't mean it should behave the same everywhere. New agent behavior settings let you tune how your agent responds per surface. Then, channel-scoped simulations let you test that tuning against your evaluation criteria before any updates go live.
Every channel is already built to meet the bar set by realtime voice, where latency, emotional sensitivity, and safety are all tested live.

Creating richer customer experiences
With a range of channels available in ElevenAgents, you integrate your agents with the systems you already use and meet your customers where they are. An e-commerce brand can resolve order tracking questions over SMS or Telegram and a support team using Intercom or Freshdesk can let their agents resolve routine tickets automatically over email.
Plus, if your agent also needs to handle more than text, like images, files, or audio, see how that works today with expanded modalities for ElevenAgents.

Telegram, Intercom, and Freshdesk integrations are currently in Alpha, and we're continuing to add new channels and expand our capabilities with existing ones. Head to the channels page in your ElevenAgents dashboard to see what's available, or talk to sales about deploying agents across channels.
